Compactor Wheels

EMG compaction devices are the only type on the market to feature involute-profiled compaction segments. These specially designed segments provide the most effective compaction because they don't flick out any compacted material as they roll. This will save you a considerable number of passes to achieve the desired level of compaction. Our compaction devices are available in a range of standard widths and sizes to suit any machine.

Wheel-type compactors feature disk-type wheels mounted on a common axle and offer the advantage of being able to access the very edges of trench bottom, if required. Our wheel compactors are fitted with sealed deep-groove ball bearings and also feature deflector plates to keep the compaction segments clear of mud, rocks or debris.
